1Check spam / junk folderThe most common reason automated emails don't appear in the inbox is spam filtering. Check the spam and junk folders before anything else. If you find the email there, mark it as Not spam to train the mail client for future deliveries.
Spynra sends from spynra@polsia.app. Add this address to your contacts or safe sender list to ensure consistent inbox delivery. -
2Email automation not enabledWelcome and milestone emails require the Growth plan and must be explicitly enabled per project. If you're on the Free or Starter plan, only a basic signup confirmation is sent — the full automation sequence is not available.
Check: Project Settings → Emails and confirm the toggles for Welcome Email and Milestone Email are ON.

3Email address not captured correctlyGo to the Waitlist tab and find the entry in question. Verify the email address looks correct — no typos, no formatting issues. If the entry doesn't appear in your waitlist at all, the signup may not have completed successfully (the form submission may have failed or been interrupted).

4Test with your own emailThe easiest way to verify end-to-end delivery: use an email address that has not previously signed up for this waitlist, submit through your actual widget or hosted page, and check whether the welcome email arrives within 5 minutes.
Each email address can only appear on a waitlist once. Use a fresh address or a + alias — for exampleyou+test@company.com— to run additional tests. -
5Email sending domain reputationSpynra sends all emails from spynra@polsia.app. If emails are consistently landing in spam for your recipients, it may be a domain reputation issue at the recipient's mail provider.
Ask affected recipients to add spynra@polsia.app to their contacts or safe sender list.
Pro plan users can configure a custom sending domain to send from their own domain, which significantly improves deliverability for their audience. -
6Welcome email delayWelcome emails are sent immediately upon signup. If there's a delay, it is typically 1–5 minutes during peak load — not a sign of a delivery failure.
Milestone emails are sent in batches and may take up to 1 hour after the trigger condition is met.
Launch day emails are sent manually by you from the dashboard — they are not sent automatically. -
7Still having issues — contact supportEmail hello@spynra.com with the following information so the team can check delivery logs on your behalf:
- Your project ID
- The recipient email address that is not receiving emails
- Which email type isn't being delivered: welcome email, milestone email, or launch day email
Our support team responds within 24 hours. We can check the delivery logs on our end to see exactly what happened to a specific email.
