How to cancel
-
1Open Billing settingsAccount menu (top right) → Billing.
-
2Click Cancel PlanYou'll be asked to confirm before anything is cancelled.
-
3Confirm cancellationCancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full plan access until then — no features are removed immediately.
What "cancelled" means
At the end of your billing period, your account is moved to the Free plan. The Free plan allows 1 project with up to 100 signups.
If you have more than one active project, the additional projects are paused — not deleted. Their data is retained, and you can reactivate them by upgrading again.
What happens to your data after cancellation
- Your waitlist data (all signups, referral data, analytics) is retained for 90 days after cancellation.
- After 90 days, inactive waitlist data may be permanently deleted.
- You can export your full waitlist as CSV at any time from Waitlist → Export CSV. Do this before cancelling if you need a copy of your data.
Downgrading to a lower paid plan
-
1Go to Account → Billing → Change PlanSelect the lower tier you want to move to.
-
2Confirm the downgradeThe downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep your current plan's features until then.
Features above your new plan's limits will be deactivated when the downgrade takes effect. For example, if you downgrade from Growth to Starter, email automation stops sending. Your data is not deleted — it's preserved and will be reactivated if you upgrade again.
Pausing vs. cancelling
There is no formal "pause" option. If you want to temporarily stop your subscription, cancelling and resubscribing later is the recommended path. Your waitlist data is retained for 90 days, so resubscribing within that window restores everything.
Reactivating after cancellation
To reactivate, subscribe again at /pricing. If you're within the 90-day retention window, your waitlist data is restored automatically when you resubscribe. After 90 days, you start fresh with a clean account.
