Where to find billing
Open the Account menu (top right of your dashboard) and select Billing. You can also navigate directly to /dashboard#billing from any page.
Understanding your bill
- Billing is monthly, starting from the date you upgraded to a paid plan. Your billing anchor date does not change when you switch plans.
- Flat rate — the same amount every month regardless of how many signups you have.
- You'll receive an email receipt to your account email address after each successful charge.
Updating your payment method

1Open Billing settingsAccount menu → Billing.

2Click Payment Method → UpdateThis opens the secure payment form. Spynra Launch accepts all major credit and debit cards.

3Save your new cardThe updated payment method takes effect on your next billing cycle.
Downloading invoices
Go to Account → Billing → Invoices. Each past invoice shows the date, amount charged, plan name, and a Download PDF link. Invoices are available immediately after each charge and are retained indefinitely.
Changing your plan
Upgrading takes effect immediately. You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period — only the days left until your next renewal date.
Downgrading takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain full access to your current plan's features until that date. No partial refund is issued for the remaining days.
Failed payment handling
If a payment fails, Spynra will automatically retry 3 times over 7 days. You'll receive an email notification after each failed attempt.
After 3 failed attempts, the account is automatically downgraded to the Free plan. To restore your paid plan, update your payment method in Account → Billing → Payment Method → Update, then reselect your plan.
