Pricing overview

Spynra Launch has four plans. All are flat-rate — there are no per-signup fees, no overage charges, and no usage tiers hidden in fine print. Your monthly cost is the same whether your waitlist collects 50 signups or 50,000.

No per-signup fees — ever. Most waitlist platforms charge per contact once you exceed a threshold. Spynra Launch does not. Your bill is fixed regardless of how viral your launch gets.

When to choose each plan

Free — $0/mo

The Free plan is best for:

  • Testing the product before committing to a paid tier. You can build a full waitlist with referral tracking for up to 100 participants at no cost.
  • Personal projects and side experiments where the audience is small and viral mechanics matter less than simply capturing interest.
  • Pre-revenue validation — if you're not sure anyone wants your product yet, validate with Free before spending on tools.

The 100-participant hard cap on Free means it is not suitable for any real public launch. Once you hit 100, new signups cannot be collected until you upgrade.

Starter — $19/mo

The Starter plan is best for:

  • Small, focused launches where you're expecting fewer than 1,000 signups and don't need automated emails or deep analytics.
  • Simple referral mechanics without automation — you want participants to have a referral link and see the leaderboard, but you'll handle follow-up emails manually or through a separate tool.

Starter removes the participant cap and is otherwise identical to Free. If you know you need email automation, embeds, or analytics, skip Starter and go straight to Growth — the upgrade cost is $30/mo and the feature difference is significant.

Growth — $49/mo (most popular)

Growth is the right plan for most product teams running a serious launch. It unlocks the full viral mechanics stack:

  • Email automation for welcome sequences, referral nudges, and milestone triggers
  • Embeddable widget for capturing signups on your own website or landing page
  • Full analytics including traffic sources, conversion rate, and viral coefficient
  • Advanced leaderboard controls (custom title, description, visibility, row count)
  • Milestone tracking to reward participants at referral thresholds
  • Unlimited campaigns for running multiple launches simultaneously

If you're launching a product and want referral mechanics to actually drive growth — not just exist — this is the plan.

Pro — $99/mo

Pro is designed for enterprise teams and teams with technical integration requirements:

  • API access — full read/write API to integrate Spynra Launch into your own backend, sync waitlist data to your CRM, or trigger automations in your own infrastructure.
  • Custom integrations — native connectors to Salesforce, HubSpot, Segment, and other enterprise tools, configured by Spynra's team.
  • Priority support with SLA — guaranteed response times, a dedicated Slack channel, and direct access to the engineering team for integration questions.

If you don't need the API or priority support, Growth covers everything else. Pro is not an "upgraded Growth" — it's a different tier for teams with integration needs.

No per-signup fees

This is the most important differentiator between Spynra Launch and most competing waitlist platforms. Many tools charge per contact after a certain threshold — meaning the more successful your launch, the higher your bill. A viral campaign that generates 10,000 signups could cost hundreds of dollars per month in contact-based pricing.

Spynra Launch does not work this way. Your bill is the same whether you get 100 or 100,000 signups. We designed pricing this way deliberately: your success shouldn't be penalized by your tooling costs.

Upgrading your plan

    Go to Account → Billing → Change Plan
    You can find the billing section in the top-right account menu. Click your avatar or initials, then select Account, then navigate to the Billing tab.

    Select your new plan and confirm
    Choose the plan you want to move to. You'll see a prorated charge summary before confirming. Upgrades take effect immediately — you get access to all new features the moment the payment is processed.

    Proration on upgrades
    When you upgrade mid-cycle, you're charged only for the remaining days in the current billing period at the new plan rate. For example, if you're on Starter ($19/mo) and upgrade to Growth ($49/mo) with 15 days left in your month, you're charged approximately $15 for those 15 days (half the $30 difference), then your full Growth rate at the next cycle.

Downgrading your plan

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, not immediately. You keep full access to your current plan's features until the cycle ends. When the downgrade takes effect:

  • Features not available on the lower plan are disabled (e.g., email automations are paused, not deleted).
  • Your data is preserved — participant lists, referral history, and settings are retained. You can re-upgrade at any time to restore access.
  • If you downgrade to Free and have more than 100 participants, existing participants remain but new signups are blocked until the list is below 100 or you upgrade again.

Downgrading does not delete your data, but it will disable features. Active email automation sequences will be paused and will not resume automatically if you re-upgrade — you'll need to re-enable them manually.

Annual pricing

Currently, Spynra Launch is available on monthly billing only. Annual plans with discounted pricing are in development and are expected to be available later this year. Existing customers will be notified when annual billing becomes available and will have the option to switch without losing their current billing date.
