1. Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs how you may use the Spynra Launch platform. It supplements the Terms of Service and applies to all account holders and anyone interacting with Spynra Launch-powered campaigns and widgets.

The short version: use Spynra Launch to build legitimate product waitlists. Don't use it to spam people, promote illegal products, manipulate referral numbers, or harm others. We take violations seriously and enforce this policy without hesitation.

2. Prohibited Uses

The following uses are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension:

Illegal products or services. You may not use Spynra Launch to promote, sell, or build waitlists for products or services that are illegal in your jurisdiction or in the jurisdictions where your campaign operates — including controlled substances (without proper licensing), unlicensed financial products, or fraudulent investment schemes.

Deceptive campaigns. You may not create campaigns that misrepresent the nature of your product, impersonate another company or individual, use fake logos or branding to mislead subscribers, or make materially false claims about features, pricing, or launch dates.

Collecting data from minors. You may not use Spynra Launch to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent, or target campaigns specifically at minors.

Unauthorized access. You may not attempt to access another user's account, reverse-engineer our platform, scrape data via automated means, or use the Service in a way that circumvents its designed rate limits or security controls.

Platform abuse. You may not create multiple free-tier accounts to bypass plan limits, use the Service to generate automated or bulk signups, or engage in any activity designed to artificially inflate usage metrics.

3. Spam and Outreach Abuse

Spynra Launch collects email addresses on your behalf through waitlist signups. The following rules govern how you may communicate with your subscribers:

  • Consent required. You may only email subscribers who explicitly signed up for your waitlist through Spynra Launch. You may not import email lists from other sources into your subscriber data and email those contacts as if they signed up through your waitlist.
  • No deceptive subject lines. Email subject lines must accurately reflect the content of the message. Misleading subject lines violate CAN-SPAM and CASL.
  • Unsubscribe mechanism. All marketing emails to your subscribers must include a clear, functional unsubscribe link. Subscribers who opt out must be removed promptly (within 10 business days).
  • No re-list after unsubscribe. You may not add a subscriber back to your list after they have unsubscribed without fresh, explicit consent.
  • Truthful "from" information. You must accurately identify yourself as the sender. You may not use a third party's domain or brand in your from address without authorization.

We reserve the right to suspend access to subscriber data for accounts that we determine are being used for spam or unsolicited bulk email.

4. Content Standards

Campaign content — including campaign names, descriptions, images, and any copy displayed through Spynra Launch widgets — must comply with the following standards:

  • No hate speech, discrimination, or content targeting individuals or groups based on protected characteristics
  • No adult content, explicit imagery, or sexual material
  • No content that glorifies or promotes violence, self-harm, or dangerous activities
  • No malware, phishing, or content designed to trick visitors into taking unintended actions
  • No content that infringes the intellectual property rights of a third party (unauthorized use of trademarks, copyrighted images, etc.)

We do not review campaigns before they go live. We act on violations when reported or discovered. If your campaign is borderline, ask us first — we'd rather help you stay compliant than suspend you after launch.

5. Security

You may not use Spynra Launch to conduct or facilitate:

  • Attacks on our infrastructure or the infrastructure of third parties
  • Distribution of malware, ransomware, or malicious code via embedded widgets or campaign links
  • Probing or scanning our systems for vulnerabilities without prior written authorization
  • Credential stuffing, brute-force attacks, or other unauthorized authentication attempts

If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it responsibly to spynra@polsia.app before disclosing it publicly. We'll respond within 48 hours and work with you on a fix.

6. Embeddable Widget Usage

When embedding Spynra Launch widgets on third-party sites, you are responsible for ensuring the deployment complies with all applicable laws, including privacy and consumer protection laws. Specifically:

  • You must include a visible privacy notice or link on any page where the widget collects email addresses
  • You may not embed widgets on sites containing content that violates this AUP or the Terms of Service
  • You may not modify widget code in ways that obscure its function, remove attributions required by our Terms, or enable data collection beyond what is documented
  • Widget deployments on sites targeting children (as defined under COPPA or equivalent laws) require additional safeguards — contact us before deploying

7. Referral System Integrity

The referral and leaderboard system is designed for genuine viral growth — friends referring friends. The following behaviors undermine that integrity and are prohibited:

  • Fake signups. Creating fake email accounts to inflate your referral count or position in the waitlist queue
  • Incentivized fraud. Paying or offering compensation to individuals to sign up with fake or disposable emails
  • Bot signups. Using automated scripts, bots, or browser automation tools to generate fake waitlist entries
  • Self-referral gaming. Systematically using your own referral link to artificially boost position through multiple accounts you control

We actively monitor for anomalous signup patterns and will remove fraudulent entries and reset affected positions. Repeated or egregious violations will result in account termination.

8. Enforcement

We enforce this policy through a combination of automated detection, user reports, and manual review. When we identify a potential violation, our response will be proportionate to the severity:

  • Minor violations (e.g., a campaign description that needs adjustment) — we'll email you with a request to fix it within 48 hours before taking further action
  • Moderate violations (e.g., spam complaints, suspicious referral activity) — we may pause the affected campaign or feature while we investigate
  • Serious violations (e.g., illegal content, systematic fraud, security attacks) — immediate account suspension, possible permanent ban, and referral to appropriate authorities

We try to give good-faith users an opportunity to correct mistakes. But we move fast on anything that harms subscribers or the platform.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated this AUP, the Terms of Service, or any applicable law.

Before suspension (where feasible), we will notify you by email and give you an opportunity to respond, unless the violation poses an immediate risk to other users, subscribers, or the platform.

Upon suspension, your campaigns will be paused and your subscribers will not be able to sign up or access leaderboards until the issue is resolved. Your subscriber data will be preserved for 30 days to allow for data export before any permanent deletion.

Appeals. If you believe a suspension was made in error, email us at spynra@polsia.app with subject line "Account Suspension Appeal." We review appeals within 5 business days.

No refunds for policy violations. Accounts suspended for policy violations are not entitled to refunds for unused subscription time.

10. Reporting Violations

If you encounter a Spynra Launch-powered campaign or widget that you believe violates this policy, please report it to us at spynra@polsia.app with the subject "AUP Violation Report." Include:

  • The URL where you encountered the campaign or widget
  • A description of the violation
  • Any screenshots or evidence that may help our review

We take all reports seriously and will respond within 2 business days. We may not be able to disclose the outcome of an investigation due to confidentiality, but we will confirm receipt and notify you when the review is complete.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy as the platform evolves. We will post changes with an updated effective date. For material changes, we will notify active account holders by email with at least 14 days' notice before the new policy takes effect.

12. Contact

Questions about this policy, or unsure whether something is permitted? Email us at spynra@polsia.app before you build — we'd rather help you stay in bounds than suspend you after launch.
