Spynra Launch uses a minimal set of cookies and browser storage. Here's the complete list:
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration | Category |
|---|---|---|---|---|
connect.sid |
HTTP Cookie | Keeps you logged in to your Spynra Launch account between page loads | 30 days (or until logout) | Essential |
polsia_vid |
localStorage | Pseudonymous visitor ID — a random UUID used to count unique visitors without linking to any personal profile. Never sent to third parties. | Persistent (until manually cleared) | Analytics |
That's it. Two storage items total — no third-party trackers, no advertising pixels, no session recordings.
connect.sid is a server-side session cookie set by our authentication system when you log in. It stores a session identifier that lets us look up your account on the server. Without this cookie, you cannot stay logged in.
The session ID is an opaque, randomly generated value — it doesn't contain your email, password, or any personal information. The actual session data (your user ID and email) is stored on our server and only accessed via this identifier.
This cookie is strictly necessary for the Service to function. It cannot be disabled without preventing you from using authenticated features like your dashboard and campaign management.
polsia_vid is stored in your browser's localStorage — not as a cookie. It is a randomly generated UUID (e.g., a3f2b1d0-4e5c-4a6b-8f7e-9d0c1b2a3e4f) created on your first visit to any Spynra Launch page.
This visitor ID is used to count unique page views and analytics events in our first-party analytics system. It is:
localStorage is scoped to our domain; other websites cannot read itYou can delete this value at any time by clearing your browser's site data for spynra.com (see Section 7).
We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies of any kind. Specifically, we do not load:
Our analytics are entirely first-party, running on infrastructure we own and control.
Spynra Launch widgets can be embedded on third-party websites via a JavaScript snippet or iframe. When a widget is loaded on an external site, the same polsia_vid localStorage mechanism applies — but only for the spynra.com domain.
If the widget is loaded in an iframe, localStorage is scoped to our domain within that iframe and is not accessible to the host website. If the widget is loaded via a JavaScript snippet (same-page embed), the visitor ID is scoped to the host domain's localStorage under the key polsia_vid.
The widget does not set any cookies directly on the host website's domain. Campaign owners are responsible for disclosing widget usage and any associated cookie/storage behavior to their own visitors in accordance with applicable law.
Browser cookie settings. You can configure your browser to block or delete cookies at any time. Instructions vary by browser:
Note that blocking the session cookie (connect.sid) will prevent you from logging in to your account.
Delete the visitor ID. To remove the polsia_vid localStorage value from your browser, open your browser's developer tools, navigate to Application → Local Storage → spynra.com, and delete the polsia_vid key. Alternatively, clear all site data for spynra.com.
Incognito / private mode. Using private browsing prevents persistent storage of the visitor ID. The ID will be regenerated fresh each session and deleted when the private window is closed.
We may update this Cookie Policy if we add new storage mechanisms or change how we use existing ones. We will post the updated policy with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be announced via email to account holders.
